What you need to know
- You must notify and brief the market, and the way you do this matters.
- What you need to do depends depending on the nature and size of the contract.
- You generally must use suppliers on mandated NSW Government contracts or schemes, however there are some exceptions.
- You should always select suppliers using a fair and transparent process.
- When you award a contract you often need to use certain templates or include particular provisions.
- You still have obligations after awarding the contract, including disclosing all contracts over $150,000.
