What you need to know
  1. You must notify and brief the market, and the way you do this matters.
  2. What you need to do depends depending on the nature and size of the contract.
  3. You generally must use suppliers on mandated NSW Government contracts or schemes, however there are some exceptions.
  4. You should always select suppliers using a fair and transparent process.
  5. When you award a contract you often need to use certain templates or include particular provisions.
  6. You still have obligations after awarding the contract, including disclosing all contracts over $150,000.
