Modern slavery and procurement guidance is now available
Guidance on avoiding modern slavery when buying for the NSW Government is now available on buy.nsw.
From 1 January 2022 the NSW Modern Slavery Act 2018 requires reasonable steps are taken to ensure that goods and services procured by and for government agencies are not the product of modern slavery.
New guidance is available on buy.nsw which includes information on modern slavery and the steps an agency can take to address these risks.
