Extension of BAS Standard Commercial Framework for Performance and Management Services Scheme

The BAS SCF is under review and we expect an updated version will be available for release on or before 1 September 2024.

The NSW Legislative Council's Public Accountability and Works Committee released its report on NSW Government’s use and management of consulting services on 29 May 2024. We appreciate your patience while we consider the relevant findings and recommendation as they affect the BAS SCF.

All suppliers on the Performance and Management Services (P&MS) Scheme have been informed of this change as per PBD 2023-06 Engagement of professional services suppliers through the Performance and Management Services Scheme.

Engagements undertaken under the P&MS scheme engagement types 1 to 12 are to operate within the Standard Commercial Framework.
